Yes. You can reserve one or both batting cages, depending on availability.

Absolutely! If you'd like to reserve the entire facility for a team, event, or private function, please contact us for availability and pricing.

Our online booking system accepts reservations up to 20 days in advance. If you'd like to book beyond that timeframe, please contact us by phone or email.

Yes! Teams are welcome to reserve one or both cages for practices, workouts, and training sessions.

HitTrax™

HitTrax™ is an advanced baseball and softball simulator that combines real-time performance analytics with an immersive training experience. It instantly captures and displays detailed data for every swing and pitch, giving players immediate feedback on metrics such as exit velocity, launch angle, distance, and more. Watch your hits come to life on a virtual field, including many iconic MLB stadiums, while using the data to track progress and improve performance. HitTrax also features interactive game modes, allowing players to compete with teammates and friends through home run derbies, hitting challenges, and full simulated games, making every training session both productive and fun.

No. HitTrax is available as an optional add-on for $25 per hour and can be selected during the booking process.

We use professional-grade i-Hack Attack pitching machines for baseball and Senior Hack Attack pitching machines for softball. These machines can throw fastballs, curveballs, sliders, changeups, and a variety of other pitch types, providing a realistic game-like training experience for players of all skill levels.

Yes. Pitch speed and pitch type can be adjusted to suit your age, skill level, and training goals.

Yes, you're welcome to use your own balls for pitching practice, soft toss, or tee work. However, for safety and consistency, only West Coast BatLab approved balls may be used with our pitching machines.

Yes. Players are responsible for bringing their own bat and batting helmet.

Yes. Bat rentals are $5, and batting helmet rentals are $5. Helmets are sanitized after each use.

Absolutely. We offer custom facility rentals for tournaments, showcases, team training, and special events. Contact us to discuss your needs.

Yes. Please let us know whether you'll be training for baseball or softball when making your reservation. This allows us to have the appropriate pitching machine and training balls set up before your session begins.

A maximum of 4 players are permitted per individual cage rental. For safety reasons, only 2 players may be inside the batting cage at any one time. One batter and one pitcher. The remaining players must stay outside the cage and wait for their turn.

Absolutely! West Coast BatLab is the perfect venue for birthday parties, team-building events, team celebrations, corporate events, private rentals, and other special occasions. You're welcome to bring your own food, drinks, decorations, and party supplies or let us take care of everything from food, decorations, birthday cakes, and goodie bags to organizing the entire event. We'll work with you to create a customized package that fits your needs. Book online or contact us for pricing, availability, and event planning.
PAYMENT & POLICIES

We accept all major credit cards and other secure online payment methods.

Bookings may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to receive a full refund or booking credit.

Refund eligibility depends on the type of booking and the timing of the cancellation. If you have questions about your reservation, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
SAFETY & FACILITY RULES

Yes. Every participant must complete a waiver before using the facility. Participants under 19 years of age must have their waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian.

Yes. A batting helmet must be worn at all times while inside the batting cage, except when you are pitching. This policy is in place to help ensure the safety of all players.

No. Only clean indoor athletic shoes or turf shoes are permitted. Metal and molded cleats are not allowed.

Food is not permitted inside the training areas. Water is welcome. Please help us keep the facility clean for everyone.

What should I do if a pitching machine throws a ball outside the strike zone?

Players of all ages are welcome. Children should always be supervised by a parent, guardian, or coach.

Safety is our highest priority. Horseplay, misuse of equipment, or unsafe behavior may result in immediate removal from the facility without a refund.
